Mission: To enable hard-working, freedom-loving parents to educate their children from home; confidently, consistently and fluently. Sarah Plumley is the Head Teacher at Guerrilla Ed, a Professional Teacher of Mathematics, a GCSE Mathematics Expert Examiner (UK National Exams for 16-year olds) and a passionate Home Education Advocate. She invented Guerrilla Ed(ucation) – a Home Ed Training and Membership Site for busy parents looking to rescue their children from the beast system.
Her mission is to train high-quality, hard-working parents to be excellent teachers at home and in the great outdoors. Sarah holds a first-class honours degree from The University of Manchester (a Russell Group University), a Postgraduate Certificate of Secondary Education in Mathematics (PGCE) with Merit, and holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). She is currently reading for her Masters.
Sarah has been teaching students aged 7-18+ years for over fifteen years, has delivered professional teacher training to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs), Recently Qualified Teachers (RQTs) and well-established classroom teachers as part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes.
In 2018 and 2022 she received awards from the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) for services to examining.
Most importantly, her teaching has been continually rated as ‘Outstanding’ by both Ofsted (The Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills), LEA’s (Local Education Authorities) and especially by her students.
“They don’t want me teaching Guerrilla Ed(ucation), because I have had extensive success and highly credible experience in teaching and training both students and teachers inside the beast system!
My 3-Session ONLINE Training Course (via Zoom) will answer all of your questions and provide you with a complete training in ‘How-To’ Home Educate your children.”
